Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a positive attitude.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, trends, and concerns.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound/Inbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients or respond to inbound calls, depending on the business needs.

Explain product or service offerings clearly and effectively, addressing any customer questions or concerns.

Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
2. Lead Generation and Qualification:
-
Identify potential leads through calls and other available data sources.

Qualify leads based on customer interest, needs, and eligibility, and direct them to the appropriate team if necessary.

Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in the products/services offered to convert leads into actual sales.
3. Sales and Product Promotion:

Promote and cross-sell products or services to customers based on their preferences and requirements.

Upsell existing clients by informing them about new or complementary products and services.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company or department.
4. Customer Support and Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the sales process.

Assist customers with product or service-related queries, and handle complaints or escalations when necessary.

Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
5. Database Management:

Update and maintain customer information in the company’s CRM or database systems.

Ensure that all customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups are recorded accurately and promptly.

Monitor and report on lead progress, sales statistics, and customer feedback.
6. Reporting and Documentation:

Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve products or services and overall customer experience.

Prepare daily or weekly reports on call activities, sales progress, and any challenges faced during calls.

Keep records of customer interactions, including contact details, responses, and follow-up actions.
7. Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving set targets for calls made, sales conversion rates, or customer satisfaction levels.

Motivate self to consistently meet performance benchmarks, contributing to the team and company’s success.
8. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other team members and departments such as sales, marketing, or customer service to enhance customer experience and achieve business goals.
