Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our energetic team and help us connect with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients.

Explain our event management services clearly and convincingly.
-
Follow up with leads via call, WhatsApp, or email.
-
Maintain proper records of calls and client interactions.
-
Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.
-
Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
-
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
-
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
-
Previous experience in telecalling/sales (preferred, not mandatory).
-
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
