Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation:

Call prospective customers from the provided database or lead sources.

Introduce the company, its projects, and services clearly and professionally.

Explain project features, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, and other property details.

Generate interest and qualify leads based on customer requirements and financial capability.
2. Customer Engagement and Follow-Up:

Build rapport with potential customers and answer their initial queries.

Schedule property site visits or virtual tours for interested buyers.

Maintain regular follow-up with potential buyers via phone calls, WhatsApp, or email.

Remind and coordinate with customers about scheduled appointments or site visits.
3. Lead Management and Reporting:

Maintain an accurate and updated record of calls, leads, inquiries, and outcomes in the CRM system or lead tracker.

Share feedback from calls with the sales and marketing teams for further refinement of outreach strategies.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly call reports to the supervisor or team leader.

Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on assigned leads to maximize conversion rates.
4. Customer Support and Query Handling:

Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from prospective or existing customers.

Provide basic support on project-related concerns and route complex issues to senior sales staff.

Ensure all interactions are conducted with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
5. Coordination with Sales and Marketing Teams:

Work closely with the sales team to hand over hot leads for closure.

Provide inputs on common customer queries, objections, and expectations.
-
Support marketing campaigns by making promotional calls and explaining limited-time offers or project launches.
