Job Summary

A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to generate sales, provide customer support, or collect information. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate call records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently.

Generate sales: Promote products or services, explain benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases
Handle customer inquiries: Address concerns, complaints, and questions
Follow up: Check in with existing customers and follow up with leads
Maintain records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Meet targets: Contribute to team performance and meet sales targets
Provide customer service: Help customers and ensure customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound & Inbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

2. Customer Engagement & Sales:

Explain product or service details clearly to customers.
Persuade potential customers to purchase or take action.
Handle objections, answer queries, and provide solutions effectively.

3. Data Entry & Call Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Update CRM systems with call details and follow-up actions.
Generate daily/weekly reports on call performance and feedback.

4. Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring:

Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales or service targets.
Improve call conversion rates by refining communication strategies.
Adhere to call quality standards and company guidelines.

5. Customer Support & Follow-Ups:

Provide after-sales service and support to customers.
Follow up with interested clients to close deals.
Ensure a positive customer experience through polite and professional interactions.
