Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling (Sales Focus):

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s products or services.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and generate interest in the company’s offerings.

Convince prospects to make a purchase, schedule appointments, or sign up for services.

Maintain a high level of professionalism during calls and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

Follow-up on leads generated from various sources, including referrals, emails, or website inquiries.
2. Inbound Calling (Customer Support Focus):

Receive inbound calls from customers and answer their queries regarding products, services, or promotions.

Provide detailed information about the company's offerings, ensuring that customers understand features, benefits, and pricing.

Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
3. Lead Generation and Database Management:
-
Update customer information, track lead status, and ensure the database is accurate and up-to-date.

Maintain and manage lists of potential clients, ensuring follow-up actions are documented and scheduled.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling the company’s products or services.

Record and report daily activities, such as calls made, feedback, and outcomes, to the supervisor or sales team.
4. Sales Targets and Performance:

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Maintain and exceed productivity standards for calls made, leads generated, and sales conversions.

Provide feedback on customer responses, trends, and insights to help improve sales strategies.
5. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Assist in resolving customer queries or concerns, offering solutions to enhance customer experience.

Follow-up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
6. Market Research and Reporting:

Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to help improve sales strategies.

Assist in identifying market trends and customer preferences for better targeting and engagement.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on call volume, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback for management review.
