Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Handling Outbound Calls:
-
Make cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.

Follow a prepared script to communicate the product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.

Persuade customers to make a purchase, book an appointment, or request a callback.

Managing Inbound Calls:
-
Answer incoming calls from existing customers and address their queries or concerns.
-
Provide information about products, services, pricing, or order status.
-
Resolve complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Lead Generation and Sales:
-
Identify potential customers through databases, directories, or incoming leads.
-
Record customer details and classify leads based on interest and readiness to purchase.
-
Pass qualified leads to the sales or business development team for further follow-up.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing timely and helpful responses.
-
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and confirm service/product delivery.
-
Encourage repeat business and referrals through courteous service.

Data Collection and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of customer information, call details, feedback, and outcomes.
-
Enter and update customer data in the CRM system or call management software.
-
Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company privacy policies.

Achieving Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
-
Actively participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.

Continuously strive to improve communication techniques and performance metrics.

Market Feedback and Reporting:

Collect feedback from customers and report insights to management or marketing teams.
-
Identify recurring questions, concerns, or objections from customers.

Suggest improvements to scripts, offers, or campaign strategies.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Excellent Communication: Clear speaking voice, good pronunciation, and the ability to speak fluently in the required languages (e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages).

Active Listening: Ability to understand the customer’s needs, concerns, and emotions attentively.

Persuasion and Negotiation: Skill in influencing customer decisions and handling objections tactfully.

Customer Service Orientation: Friendly, patient, and helpful approach in all interactions.
