Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, promoting products or services, resolving customer queries, and generating sales leads. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and customers, playing a key role in delivering a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound and Outbound Calls

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products, services, or offers.

Handle inbound calls from customers, address inquiries, and provide information about the company’s products or services.

Follow up on previous customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell or up-sell products and services.
2. Customer Interaction and Relationship Building

Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.

Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions based on the company’s offerings.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Handle customer complaints professionally and find effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Support

Work with the sales team to identify and generate leads for new business opportunities.

Assist in converting prospects into customers by identifying their needs and effectively communicating the benefits of the products or services.

Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets, both individual and team-based.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using CRM software.
4. Data Management

Update customer information in the database, ensuring that all details are correct and up to date.

Provide regular reports on calls made, sales performance, and customer feedback.

Track and maintain a list of potential leads, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert them into clients.
5. Follow-Up and Appointment Setting

Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives or field agents.

Follow up with leads to nurture and close sales, keeping them engaged with the company's offerings.

Send reminders or follow-up emails or messages to customers after initial contact.
6. Meeting KPIs and Targets

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, sales, or customer satisfaction metrics.

Ensure adherence to scripts, guidelines, and quality standards when making calls or responding to customer inquiries.
