1. Follow up on Leads.
2. Responding and tracking up on the leads until purchases are made.
Guiding the customers about Offers and PricingKey Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction
-
Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. Qualify leads and provide information regarding products, services, or promotions.

Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, or assisting with service requests in a professional and helpful manner.

Maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional tone at all times when interacting with customers.

Build a rapport with customers, and ensure they feel valued and heard during interactions.
2. Lead Generation & Sales
-
Sales Telecaller: Actively promote the company’s offerings, explain product features and benefits, and close sales by converting leads into customers.

Engage customers in conversations to identify their needs and suggest appropriate products or services.

Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate to increase sales and revenue.

Ensure calls are made to qualified leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.

Maintain a high conversion rate while meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly targets set by management.
3. Data Management & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company’s CRM or database.

Update customer information, including contact details and service preferences.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to the supervisor or manager outlining call volumes, sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

Track sales opportunities and report the status of each.
4. Product Knowledge & Training
-
Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, pricing, and promotions to answer customer questions effectively and confidently.

Participate in product training and updates to stay informed about new offerings, product changes, and industry trends.

Ensure all customers receive accurate information and ensure that they are aware of the full range of products/services offered by the company.
5. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Support Telecaller: Handle customer complaints or issues, resolve them promptly, and ensure that customers are satisfied with the resolution.

Provide guidance on the use of products/services and ensure customers understand how to fully benefit from them.

If necessary, escalate unresolved issues to higher management or technical support teams for further assistance.
6. Target Achievement
-
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets in terms of calls made, sales generated, or service requests resolved.

Use customer feedback to continuously improve sales or support scripts and improve overall call quality.

Engage in campaigns or promotional activities as directed by management to achieve company goals and sales objectives.
7. Record Keeping & Documentation
-
Ensure all interactions are logged into the system, maintaining detailed customer profiles and transaction histories.

Ensure that follow-up calls and appointments are scheduled and completed within agreed timelines.

Assist in maintaining the telecalling database and ensure it is up-to-date with accurate customer information.
