Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls: Telecaller initiate contact with potential customers to promote products or services.
Generating leads: They identify and qualify potential customers who may be interested in the company's offerings.
Explaining products/services: Telecaller provide information about the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services to potential customers.
Persuading customers: They use their communication and sales skills to convince customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
Handling incoming calls: Telecaller also answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide customer support.
Maintaining records: They document customer interactions and feedback in a database for future reference.
Following up with leads: Telecaller follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meeting sales targets: They are expected to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
