Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team to drive lead generation, customer outreach, and sales conversions. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on inquiries, promoting products or services, and generating interest.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. This role is vital to increasing customer base, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing directly to the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:- Making calls to potential or existing customers.
- Introducing products, services, or offers.
- Scheduling appointments or follow-ups.
- Conducting surveys or gathering feedback.
- Answering incoming calls from customers.
- Providing information and resolving queries.
- Addressing complaints or technical issues.
- Taking orders or processing requests.
Lead Management:
Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or walk-ins.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in CRM or tracking software.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
Customer Service:
Provide basic information and resolve simple customer queries during calls.
Escalate complex issues or complaints to the relevant department.
Ensure all communications maintain a professional and courteous tone.
Build long-term customer relationships by providing reliable support.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies and campaign goals.
Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and competitor activity.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call volumes, lead status, and conversion rates.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
