Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, promoting products, and driving sales through outbound calling campaigns. You will also handle inbound inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and generate sales leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing product information and assistance to customers.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
-Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the database.
