Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Outreach
-
Make outbound calls to potential clients in order to introduce and promote our services related to Trademark Registration, ISO Certification, and MSME Registration.

Identify prospects who require legal, certification, or registration services for their businesses.
-
Engage prospects in a conversation to understand their needs and explain the benefits of registering trademarks, getting ISO certifications, or registering MSMEs.
2. Product/Service Explanation
-
Educate potential clients about the process, requirements, and advantages of trademark registration, ISO certification, and MSME registration.

Address client queries and provide information in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
-
Tailor the conversation to address specific client concerns, convincing them of the value of the services offered.
3. Convincing and Sales Skills
-
Persuasively explain the features and benefits of our services to prospective clients, helping them see the need for legal registrations and certifications for their business.

Handle objections with patience and professionalism, using persuasive techniques to close the lead.
-
Follow up with interested leads and remind them of upcoming deadlines or benefits related to registration.
4. Lead Qualification and Data Management
-
Maintain an updated database of potential leads and clients, ensuring accurate data entry and regular updates.

Qualify leads based on their interest level and eligibility for the services provided (Trademark, ISO, MSME).

Maintain a clear record of all calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the company CRM or Excel.
5. Appointment Setting
-
Set up meetings or consultations with the sales team or legal experts for clients who show genuine interest in proceeding with the services.

Ensure proper scheduling and confirm appointments with the prospects.
6. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build rapport with leads and existing clients, maintaining positive relationships to increase the likelihood of conversion.

Ensure that leads and clients feel heard and valued throughout the process.

Provide excellent customer service by being available for questions, follow-ups, and guidance.
7. Reporting and Feedback
-
Report to the team leader or manager about call outcomes, lead status, and any issues or client concerns that arise.

Provide feedback on call scripts, marketing materials, or processes that could improve the effectiveness of telecalling efforts.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Malayalam (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with local clients.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, with the ability to present complex legal services in an easy-to-understand manner.

Convincing Skills: Ability to persuade potential clients to understand the value of legal registrations, certifications, and their impact on their business.

Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads via cold calling or telemarketing.

Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel, etc.) for data entry and reporting.

CRM Software Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage interactions.

Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and willingness to learn more.
