Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling

Make daily outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.

Introduce the company’s products or services clearly and convincingly.

Generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team.

Inbound Support

Handle incoming customer calls professionally.

Respond to product/service inquiries and explain details.

Record customer requirements and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Customer Engagement

Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive interaction.

Follow up with interested customers to close deals or schedule appointments.

Maintain customer details and call outcomes in CRM/records.

Sales & Targets

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Support the sales team by providing accurate lead details.

Work towards maximizing customer acquisition and retention.

Reporting

Prepare daily call reports.

Share feedback with managers about customer responses and market trends.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages .

Confidence and persuasive ability over the phone.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).

Ability to stay motivated and target-driven.

Patience to handle different types of customers.
