Job Description

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about the institute's programs and offerings.

3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with students in MS-Excel.
4. Handle incoming calls from students and provide excellent customer service by addressing their queries and concerns.
5. Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and deadlines.
6. Conduct surveys and feedback calls to gather insights for process improvement.
7. Stay updated on the institute's latest developments and communicate them effectively to students.
