Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to generate leads for the ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification program. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to MSMEs, explaining the benefits of ZED Certification, and scheduling appointments or collecting details for further follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential MSMEs across India.
Explain the ZED Certification scheme and its benefits.
Generate leads and maintain a database of interested businesses.
Follow up with leads for documentation or appointment setting.
Coordinate with the field/operations team for further action.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass; a degree in business, marketing, or communication is an advantage.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages (as required).
Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejections positively.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or Excel.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
