Job Description
Handle Customer Interactions:
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify and understand customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide Support & Information:
Answer product and service questions; provide accurate information.
Suggest solutions and alternatives to resolve customer issues.
Sales & Lead Generation (if applicable):
Conduct outbound calls for sales, lead generation, or customer follow-ups.
Achieve individual and team targets and quotas.
Data Management:
Accurently document and update customer records in the database/system.
Maintain call logs and reports as required.
Compliance & Quality:
Adhere to predefined scripts and company policies.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) like Average Handle Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Personality: Patient, empathetic, and a positive attitude.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
Education: Minimum High School diploma; graduation is often preferred.
