Job Opening: Telecaller Executive

Open Positions: 2
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Purasaiwakkam, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate qualified leads, follow up with prospective clients, and support the sales closure process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in telecalling or customer engagement roles.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and clearly explain products/services
Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner
Generate a minimum of 25 qualified client visits/invitations per month
Follow up with interested leads and maintain accurate call records
Coordinate with the sales/conversion team to support deal closures
Submit daily call reports and updates to the GM
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Mandatory experience: At least 1 year in Telecalling / Sales / Customer Support
