Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound and Inbound Calls

Making Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to promote products, services, or offers, and answer questions they may have about the company’s offerings.

Inbound Call Handling: Answer inbound calls from customers or leads, address inquiries, and provide assistance or follow-up as needed.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and customers through phone calls, aiming to qualify them for further sales or service opportunities.
2. Sales and Customer Engagement

Promote Products/Services: Explain and promote the company’s products, services, or offerings to potential customers in a compelling manner.

Close Sales: Actively work towards closing sales, meeting set targets, and generating business through telephonic conversations.

Customer Follow-up: Ensure that customers are followed up after initial conversations to secure sales or resolve queries.
3. Data Entry & Reporting

Customer Information: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, details, and transactions within CRM systems or databases.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on call activities, customer responses, and sales progress to management.

Lead Tracking: Track leads through the sales funnel and ensure timely follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
4. Handle Customer Queries & Resolve Issues

Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers regarding any issues, including product information, pricing, services, or technical support.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues over the phone to maintain customer satisfaction.
5. Achieve Sales or Call Targets

Target-Driven Role: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales or call targets set by management.

Sales Conversion: Focus on converting leads into sales by effectively pitching products and services.
6. Maintain Positive Customer Relationships

Build Rapport: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Customer Retention: Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the company’s offerings and handling any follow-up questions or concerns.
