Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make daily outbound calls to a set list of leads or potential customers.

Initiate conversation and clearly introduce the company, its services, and the reason for the call.

Engage customers in a professional and friendly manner while conveying the intended message.

Follow predefined scripts, guidelines, or talking points provided by the company, while also being able to adapt based on the customer's responses.
2. Lead Generation and Qualification
-
Identify and qualify leads through calls by asking relevant questions and assessing interest levels.

Collect and update accurate customer information, such as name, phone number, email address, and preferences.

Transfer qualified leads to the sales or service team for further action.

Maintain a database of interested, non-interested, and follow-up leads.
3. Customer Support and Relationship Building
-
Respond to incoming queries, feedback, or complaints from customers.
-
Provide accurate and timely information about products or services.
-
Direct complex issues to the appropriate department and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain customer satisfaction by being polite, empathetic, and efficient during calls.
4. Follow-Up and Documentation
-
Make follow-up calls to leads who have shown interest or need additional time before making a decision.

Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with call details, follow-up notes, and call outcomes.

Submit daily or weekly reports on call metrics such as the number of calls made, successful conversations, leads generated, and feedback received.
5. Sales Support (If Applicable)

Assist the sales team by generating appointments, scheduling meetings, or setting up demonstrations.

Upsell or cross-sell products/services when opportunities arise during the call.

Contribute to achieving the team’s sales and outreach targets.
