Job Role:
We are hiring experienced telecaller - female for our Pune and Bagru offices. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer calls confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a contact list or database provided by the company.

Introduce the company, explain the products or services, and convince prospects to take action (buy, schedule a demo, attend an event, etc.).

Follow a sales or script guideline while also adapting to customer responses.
2. Inbound Call Handling:

Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests.

Provide relevant information regarding products, services, pricing, or company policies.

Redirect calls to the appropriate department or escalate as needed.
3. Lead Generation & Sales:

Collect and verify customer details such as name, address, and requirements.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team where applicable.

Convert leads into sales through persuasion and product knowledge.

Maintain a daily call log and track follow-up actions.
4. Customer Support & Relationship Building:

Follow up with existing customers for feedback, renewal, payments, or updates.

Build long-term customer relationships by addressing their needs and solving problems efficiently.

Update customers on current offers, discounts, and new product launches.
5. Data Entry & Record Keeping:

Accurately input customer information into CRM or database systems.

Maintain and update call records, follow-up schedules, and feedback logs.

Ensure confidentiality of customer data at all times.
