Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our sales or customer service team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential or existing customers via telephone to inform them about our products, services, offers, or campaigns. You will play a key role in generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database or leads provided.

Introduce the company’s products or services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.

Generate interest and qualify leads for further engagement by the sales team.
Inbound Call Handling:

Handle incoming inquiries and respond to customer questions or concerns in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding the product/service and resolve basic issues or escalate complex queries to the relevant department.
Follow-Up:

Conduct timely follow-ups with interested leads, maintaining consistent contact to move them through the sales funnel.

Maintain a record of conversations and feedback to refine communication and targeting strategies.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed and accurate call records, including name, contact information, call status, and customer feedback.

Update CRM software or call tracking systems with relevant information after each interaction.
Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets or sales conversion goals set by the supervisor or team leader.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to stay aligned with business objectives.
Customer Engagement:

Build rapport with prospects and customers to increase trust and the likelihood of conversion.

Handle customer objections or complaints gracefully and strive for customer satisfaction.
Campaign Support:

Support marketing or promotional campaigns by making calls during product launches, discount offers, or special events.
