Job Summary:

We are looking for a persuasive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential and existing customers over the telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, resolve queries, provide information, and maintain customer satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally. You will be instrumental in building customer relationships and contributing to the organization’s sales and service goals. Whether you’re promoting a product, conducting surveys, following up on leads, or responding to queries, your voice will represent the company’s brand and values.

Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:

Good Communication Skills
Good Problem-solving skills over the call
High energy level
