IGLOBAL IMPACT ITES PVT. LTD. is currently hiring Male Telecaller for an International Voice Process (Night Shift) for Durgapur location.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and fluent Telecaller (Night Shift) to join our growing team. The role primarily involves making outbound calls or handling inbound customer interactions during U.S., U.K., or international business hours. The Telecaller will be responsible for lead generation, appointment scheduling, customer follow-up, or support, depending on the business function.
This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working at night, have excellent communication skills, and are interested in working with international clients. Previous experience in BPO, telesales, or customer service—especially in a night shift—is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Transfer call to the supervisor after initial explanation.
SKILLS:
- Excellent spoken English.
- Both Graduate/Undergraduate may apply.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
- Ready to work in Night shift.
