Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients, answering incoming queries, providing information about products or services, and helping to generate sales or schedule appointments.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a positive attitude. You will be the voice of the company and must be comfortable speaking with a wide variety of people over the phone. Whether you are supporting a sales team, following up with clients, or assisting with customer service tasks, your goal is to ensure a professional and helpful interaction with every call.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling

Make a targeted number of calls daily to prospective customers from a provided or self-generated database.

Deliver clear, compelling sales pitches or information scripts as per company guidelines.

Follow up on leads and previous conversations to increase conversion rates.

Schedule appointments, meetings, or product demonstrations as needed by the sales team.
2. Inbound Calling

Answer incoming customer calls and resolve their queries regarding products, services, pricing, availability, etc.

Provide accurate and timely information to enhance customer satisfaction.

Transfer calls to appropriate departments if needed.
3. Lead Qualification

Identify customer needs, clarify information, and determine potential interest in the company’s products or services.

Maintain and update the lead database with detailed call outcomes.

Record feedback, objections, and concerns to refine the calling approach.
4. Customer Engagement
-
Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional tone at all times.

Build rapport with prospective customers and existing clients through consistent follow-up.

Encourage repeat business and referrals through relationship-building.
5. Documentation & Reporting

Document all call details, lead status, and client information in CRM or excel sheets.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and submit them to supervisors.

Ensure accuracy and completeness in call records for future reference.
6. Coordination
-
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation efforts.

Coordinate with field sales teams to provide them with qualified leads and schedules.
