Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, offers, or promotions. Your main goal is to generate leads, convert inquiries into sales or appointments, and maintain strong customer relationships.
This is a target-based role suitable for candidates who have excellent communication skills and are driven to meet performance metrics.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills in Kannada + Tamil / Malayalam
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
