Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the company’s products or services, and converting leads into sales. You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to convince customers, and a strong desire to achieve targets. Serious and professional individuals who can do hard and smart work are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.

Generate interest and convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain records of calls and follow-up status using CRM tools or call logs.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Work with the sales team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Attend regular training sessions and meetings.
Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, regional languages
-
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle call tracking tools.

Confidence in speaking and convincing potential clients.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
-
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Serious candidates only – this is a performance-driven role.
Education & Experience:

Minimum: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Prior telecalling, BPO, or customer service experience is an advantage
