Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Call prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

Present and explain products or services clearly over the phone.

Persuade potential customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or attend meetings.

Maintain a high call-to-contact conversion ratio.
2. Inbound Call Handling

Receive calls from customers seeking information or assistance.

Answer queries regarding products, pricing, policies, or services.

Provide accurate and timely information to build trust and credibility.

Redirect calls to relevant departments when necessary.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep detailed records of interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
4. Sales and Target Achievement
-
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.

Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Close deals by effectively overcoming objections.

Work with the sales team to achieve overall company revenue objectives.
5. Record Keeping and Reporting

Update customer details and conversation outcomes in the CRM system.

Maintain logs of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

Generate reports on sales performance and call statistics for management review.
6. Team Coordination

Share customer insights and feedback with supervisors to improve products or services.

Support colleagues by exchanging leads and strategies for better results.

Participate in team meetings, training programs, and skill-enhancement workshops.
