Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the calling and engaging with leads—students, young professionals, and parents—generated through events, campaigns, or website inquiries.
- Proactively follow up on leads to drive conversions for programs like the FOLK PG/hostel, youth courses, and retreats.
- Communicate the purpose and benefits of FOLK programs with sincerity, patience, and clarity.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all interactions using Google Sheets or CRM tools, ensuring no lead is left unattended.
- Own the quality of every call—whether it's answering a question, clearing a doubt, or making sure someone shows up for a session or visit.
- Coordinate with the outreach and admissions team to ensure smooth handovers and consistent messaging.
- Be accountable for your daily/weekly targets—not just in quantity of calls, but in quality of engagement and outcomes.
- Represent the values of ISKCON Bangalore with integrity, empathy, and enthusiasm in every interaction.
