Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, promoting products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting overall sales and marketing efforts through phone-based communication.
This is a front-line position that requires daily interaction with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospects or respond to inbound inquiries, share information about our products/services, and convert those interactions into successful business outcomes.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
