Job Description

Need to handle customers and drivers through telephonic calls.

Basic system and Knowledge in excel will be added advantage.
Call drivers are the reasons why customers contact a call center. However, call drivers can also apply through alternative methods such as email, chat, or social media. It prompts the customer to call for technical assistance or to ask any questions they may have.

Responsibilities

– To make regular calls to driver to make a trip after vehicle attachment

– Make a call within 2 days for first trip

– Making calls and pursuing drivers within 10 days of onboarding to complete 30 trips

– Maintain calling data

– Create daily report and Update
