Handling inbound and outbound Calls
Gender - Male and Female
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential and existing customers, and promote products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Inbound Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.

Answer inbound customer queries and provide detailed product/service information.

Follow scripts and guidelines while engaging with customers professionally.
2. Lead Conversion & Sales Support
-
Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services or schedule appointments.

Explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly and convincingly.

Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions to close sales.
3. Customer Relationship Management
-
Maintain a customer database with accurate details and call records.

Follow up with interested customers and nurture leads for future sales.

Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead conversion, and sales.

Provide daily reports on calls, responses, and feedback to the team leader.

Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Job Requirements:
✅ Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any discipline).
✅ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, CRM software, MS Office.
✅ Personality Traits: Confident, persuasive, self-motivated, and customer-friendly.
✅ Work Ethics: Ability to handle rejections, stay patient, and manage a high volume of calls.
