Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to
join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential
customers using our internal database, handling inbound inquiries, and
generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have strong
communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to
work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and convert them into business leads.
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
Maintain call logs and update CRM tools and daily activity reports.
Consistently meet daily and weekly call/conversion targets.
Key Requirements:
Fluency in English and the local language is mandatory.
Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge for managing reports, emails, and CRM entries.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
Preference will be given to female candidates.
