Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our construction company. The role involves making inbound/outbound calls to potential customers, promoting construction packages, and providing information about our services. The Telecaller should have excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and a persuasive approach. Responsibilities include generating leads, booking appointments, and maintaining customer relationships. The candidate must be able to handle queries, follow up with clients, and achieve sales targets. Prior experience in the tourism or travel industry is preferred. A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work in a team are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation:

Make daily outbound calls to potential or existing customers using the provided database.
Introduce the company’s products/services, explain features and benefits, and handle initial objections.
Qualify leads based on customer interest, intent, and fit.
Schedule follow-up calls, demos, or appointments with senior sales staff if required.

2. Customer Interaction and Relationship Management:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
Listen to customer concerns, provide relevant information, and ensure a positive experience.
Maintain a polite and patient tone, even during difficult conversations.

3. Sales Support and Conversions:

Influence prospects to take action—sign up, book a demo, make a payment, or visit a location.
Work toward achieving daily, weekly, or monthly calling and conversion targets.
Follow up with interested leads regularly to keep them engaged and push toward closure.

4. Data Handling and CRM Updates:

Accurately record details of conversations, feedback, and lead status in CRM or Excel sheets.
Maintain and update the calling database regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Generate basic reports (call status, conversion reports, etc.) for team leaders or managers.

5. Team Coordination and Feedback:

Share customer insights, objections, or recurring queries with the sales and marketing teams.
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Stay informed about the company’s latest offerings, pricing, and campaigns.
