Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: More than previous company + Monthly Incentives
Make outbound calls
Explain services to customers
Maintain call records & follow-ups
Achieve targets
Requirements:
12th pass or graduate
Tele-calling /sales experience (0–2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Follow communication scripts and ensure smooth conversations.

Generate leads and maintain a daily call report.

Provide accurate information about the company's offerings.

Update CRM or call log sheets with customer interaction details.

Follow up on leads via phone or email.

Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain call quality and meet daily/weekly targets.

Coordinate with the sales or customer support team as required.
