Position: Telecaller

Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Job Type: Full-time
We’re looking for someone with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
-
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential leads, existing customers, or clients.

Reach out to individuals listed in the database or leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.

Introduce the company’s products or services and explain features, benefits, and offers.
2. Customer Interaction:
-
Handle inbound calls if assigned and assist customers with queries, product information, or follow-up requests.

Build rapport with customers and create a positive impression of the company.

Listen to customer concerns attentively and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when needed.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-up:
-
Generate qualified leads for the sales team or close small-scale sales directly on the call, based on company structure.

Follow up with interested prospects, share additional details, and schedule appointments or demos if required.

Maintain a call-back list and follow up at appropriate times for better engagement.
4. Data Management and Reporting:
-
Maintain accurate records of calls made, responses received, and feedback collected.

Update CRM systems, spreadsheets, or call logs with essential customer information.

Submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports on call status, lead generation, and conversions.
5. Target Achievement:
-
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call or conversion targets.

Participate in review meetings to assess performance, receive feedback, and make improvements.

Adapt calling scripts and strategies to improve performance and call quality.
6. Customer Feedback Collection:
-
Collect feedback on services, products, or the customer experience as directed by the team.

Report recurring customer issues or objections to the management for process improvement.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent speaking in the regional language and/or English. Clear and polite speech.

Telephone Etiquette: Courteous, professional, and persuasive phone manner.

Listening Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and respond accordingly.

Basic Sales Knowledge: Understanding of customer psychology, objection handling, and sales techniques.

Time Management: Ability to make multiple calls within time limits and manage follow-ups.

CRM/Software Literacy: Comfortable using call logs, basic data entry tools, or CRM software (training can be provided).

Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
