Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and articulate Telecaller to join our customer outreach team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing product or service information, generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting sales teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive phone manner, and a customer-focused approach.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services.
- Followup on leads and inquiries.
- Maintain call records and client information.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills in Hindi(English is plus)
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
- Knowledge of real estate.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in real estate is a perk
- Friendly work environment
