Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote financial products such as trading accounts, investment plans, and mutual funds.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable services.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
-
Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
-
Follow up with interested clients to convert inquiries into business.

Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
-
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
You should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
-
Make outbound calls to potential customers based on leads provided or from internal/external databases.
-
Introduce the company’s products or services and explain their features and benefits.
-
Build interest in the offerings and persuade prospects to take desired actions (e.g., book a demo, register, make a purchase).

Follow calling scripts and pitch variations to suit different types of customers.
2. Inbound Call Handling:
-
Attend incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries related to products, services, pricing, or support.
-
Guide customers through procedures like registration, payment, or usage of services.
-
Resolve customer issues or escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.
3. Lead Qualification and Follow-up:
-
Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying potential.

Maintain a database of contacts and update records after every interaction.

Follow up with interested prospects regularly to convert them into customers.

Schedule callbacks or appointments for senior sales executives or managers if needed.
4. Sales and Conversion Support:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Achieve individual or team sales/conversion goals through persuasive communication and follow-ups.

Handle objections, questions, or rejections professionally and confidently.

Close deals over the phone where applicable or assist the field team in closure.
5. Data Entry and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and updated customer information in CRM systems, Excel sheets, or lead management software.

Submit daily call reports, feedback summaries, and call logs.

Share insights and trends observed during conversations for improving scripts or offers.
