Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming inquiries.
Provide product/service information and resolve customer queries.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Assist in basic packaging and dispatch of products when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on leads provided or cold calling.

Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their inquiries or concerns professionally.

Introduce the company’s products or services, explain features and benefits, and persuade customers to take desired actions (e.g., purchase, appointment, registration).

Follow up on previous calls or inquiries to maintain customer interest and convert leads.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, conversations, customer feedback, and outcomes in the CRM or call log sheet.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets related to call volume, lead conversions, or customer engagement.

Escalate complex queries or issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Adhere to calling scripts, compliance guidelines, and data protection protocols.

Handle rejections and objections with patience and professionalism.

Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge, soft skills, and telemarketing techniques.
