Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound & Inbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to customers for sales, promotions, or follow-ups.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while interacting with customers.
2. Lead Generation & Sales
- Explain products/services and convince potential customers to purchase.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning.
- Maintain customer interest and handle objections to close deals.
3. Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
4. Data Entry & Documentation
- Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and feedback.
- Update the CRM system or database with accurate customer details.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call performance and sales conversions.
5. Follow-ups & Feedback Collection
- Follow up with interested customers to complete transactions.
- Collect feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience.
