Job Summary:
The Telecaller for our real estate consultancy is responsible for contacting clients, scheduling site visits, and arranging meetings with prospective buyers or investors. The role focuses on effective communication to understand client requirements and coordinate timely interactions between clients and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to understand their real estate needs.

Schedule and coordinate site visits or meetings between clients and sales executives.

Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback post-visits.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and scheduled visits in the CRM system.

Support the sales team by providing timely updates and client details.

Handle basic client queries related to property listings, pricing, and documentation.

Assist in lead generation by collecting client information and qualifying prospects.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum education: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
-
Professional and polite telephone etiquette.
