Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous, confident, and persuasive Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospective clients. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, a polite and positive attitude, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently. This role involves building trust with customers, documenting interactions accurately, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or campaigns.

Answer incoming calls from customers and address inquiries, requests, or complaints professionally.

Ensure calls are answered promptly, clearly, and with empathy.
2. Sales & Lead Generation:

Explain product/service features and benefits in a persuasive manner.

Encourage customers to purchase products or schedule appointments.

Maintain a list of leads and follow up on previous interactions.

Convert inquiries into sales or qualified leads.
3. Complaint Handling & Problem Resolution:

Listen actively to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Record complaints accurately and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to team leaders or supervisors.
4. Documentation & Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed records of all calls, including customer details, call purpose, outcomes, and follow-up actions.

Update CRM systems or spreadsheets regularly and accurately.

Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
5. Performance Metrics & Targets:

Meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas (outbound or inbound).

Achieve sales or service performance targets as set by the manager.

Maintain quality standards in call handling and customer engagement.
6. Coordination & Feedback:

Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, or technical support to resolve customer issues.

Share feedback from customers with relevant departments for improvement in service delivery or product features.
