Job Description:

1) Data Searching from Internet, news paper. Same data checking from Head of Marketing department.

2) Calls made to client, before making calls cross check whether we have created that site before or not.

3) Inform client about our business for eg. About Web designing, Software Development , Mobile app development What are the benefits of these to their firms and what are the benefits to develop Software or websites from our company.

4) Giving details about websites and software we developed before for other clients In case appointment received from client then note it down in excel sheet or in notebook.

5) If Client give another date then it was also note down in excel sheet &follow up taken on date mentioned by client Other wise note down whatever feedback given by client.

6) Whatever appointment received from client allot it to marketing department after consulting with or as per instructions of Head of marketing department.

7) At evening mail working sheet (excel) to Head of marketing department If client is busy then mail the information about our firm if client required to send mail instead of call.

8) Note down Daily appointments in notebook
