A Telecaller – Car Loan Telesales is responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining car loan products, and converting leads into successful sales. The role involves promoting financial products over the phone, generating interest, handling queries, and ensuring that customers clearly understand the terms, benefits, and repayment process. This position requires strong communication skills, convincing ability, and knowledge of banking/financial products, especially auto loans.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding car loan products.

Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options in a clear manner.

Follow-up on leads from digital platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.

Customer Handling & Conversion

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan schemes.

Convince customers to apply for car loans through the company’s channel partners or bank tie-ups.

Maintain a positive customer experience by addressing queries and concerns promptly.

Sales Target Achievement

Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maximize conversions by effectively pitching car loan benefits.

Support cross-selling of insurance or other financial products when required.

Documentation & Coordination

Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting necessary documents.

Coordinate with backend loan processing teams for smooth approval and disbursal.

Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Market & Product Knowledge

Stay updated with car loan products, interest rates, and offers from competitors.

Share customer insights with the team to improve loan offerings and telesales strategy.
