Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and confident Tele Caller (Immigration) to join our dynamic immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries, and providing accurate information regarding various immigration services such as study visas, work permits, tourist visas, and permanent residency programs.
As a Tele Caller, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your role includes understanding client requirements, explaining eligibility criteria, documentation, fees, and processing timelines in a clear and professional manner. You will be required to generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments for immigration counselors, and ensure timely communication with clients.
The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to convince and guide clients effectively. Maintaining proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client details in the system is an important part of the role. You will also coordinate closely with the counseling and processing teams to ensure smooth client handling.
Applicants should have basic computer knowledge, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or immigration services will be an advantage, but freshers are also welcome.
