Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling
-
Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to potential or existing customers using a provided database.

Introduce and explain the company’s products or services in a clear and convincing manner.

Pitch offers, promotions, or benefits and attempt to generate interest or schedule appointments.
2. Inbound Call Handling (if applicable)
-
Answer incoming customer calls and resolve inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, or policies.
-
Provide accurate and detailed information and transfer calls to the appropriate department when needed.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Support
-
Identify potential customers and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
-
Gather and record customer information, interest level, and feedback.
-
Schedule follow-ups, callbacks, or meetings for the sales team or management.
-
Convert leads into actual sales or registrations, depending on campaign goals.
4. Customer Relationship Building
-
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers through polite and consistent communication.
-
Handle objections and rejections professionally and with persistence.
-
Maintain a positive brand image during customer interactions.
5. Recordkeeping and Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, responses, and follow-up actions using CRM or Excel sheets.
-
Prepare and submit daily call reports, lead conversion summaries, and feedback updates.
-
Track targets achieved and work with the team to meet campaign goals.
