Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Calls:
-
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce products or services.

Answer inbound calls from customers regarding queries, complaints, or support.

Provide information about products/services to prospective clients and customers.
-
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.
2. Lead Generation & Sales:
-
Identify new business opportunities by calling potential clients and setting up appointments for the sales team (if applicable).

Provide details on promotions, special offers, and new products/services.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers by effectively communicating the benefits of the company’s offerings.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the sales or customer service department.
3. Record Keeping & Reporting:
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and feedback using CRM or call logs.

Document all conversations and outcomes and update the database with new contact information or follow-up actions.

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports and share them with the team leader or supervisor.

Track customer interactions to measure customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues to higher authorities when required.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through consistent follow-up calls and personalized service.

Assist in resolving customer issues by offering effective solutions and providing after-sales support.

Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved in a friendly and professional manner.
5. Product/Service Knowledge:

Stay updated with all company products, services, and updates to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Continuously improve sales techniques and communication skills through training and coaching.
