Job Overview
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to customers to promote products/services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints. Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound & Inbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, answer their queries, and provide solutions.
- Follow communication scripts and ensure a professional and friendly interaction.
2. Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Explain products/services, pricing, and promotions clearly.
- Persuade customers to purchase, book appointments, or subscribe to services.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested customers to close deals.
3. Customer Support & Query Handling
- Address customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department if needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
- Record call details, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on calls, conversions, and customer interactions.
5. Compliance & Quality Control
- Follow company guidelines and telecalling scripts.
- Adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer engagement.
