Job timings: -
- Summer: 6 pm to 3:30 am
- Winter: 7 pm to 4:30 am
Key Responsibilities of a Telecaller
1. Customer Interaction

Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers from a provided database or lead list to explain products, services, or offers.

Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, feedback, or service issues.

Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls to prospects who have shown interest or to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
2. Sales and Lead Generation

Product Promotion: Explain the features and benefits of products or services in a clear and convincing manner.

Lead Conversion: Identify potential customers' needs and convert inquiries into sales or qualified leads.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggest additional products or services to existing customers based on their preferences or history.
3. Customer Support

Issue Resolution: Listen to customer complaints or issues and either resolve them or escalate them to the concerned department.

Information Sharing: Provide accurate information related to company policies, product availability, pricing, or delivery timelines.

Maintaining Records: Keep detailed records of calls, customer information, responses, and outcomes using CRM software or call logs.
4. Database and Reporting

Data Entry: Update customer databases regularly with new contact information, responses, and feedback.

Performance Reporting: Report on daily call volume, customer responses, sales achieved, and follow-up actions.
