Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telecaller to join our customer service and sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a clear and pleasant voice, and the ability to talk to different types of people over the phone. As a Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to contact customers to promote products or services, answer questions, and follow up with interested clients. You will also be expected to maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Making Outbound Calls:

Call potential customers from the provided database or contact lists.

Explain the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively.

Convince customers to buy products, take services, or schedule appointments.

Answer any questions the customer may have about the product or service.

Receiving Inbound Calls:

Handle incoming calls from customers and provide information about products, pricing, offers, or policies.

Listen to customer queries patiently and respond with appropriate answers.

Transfer calls to the relevant department when necessary.

Lead Generation and Follow-up:

Identify potential leads and update their status in the system.

Follow up with interested customers through calls, emails, or text messages.

Build a relationship with leads and encourage them to complete their purchase or sign up for services.

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Database and Record Management:

Keep records of every customer interaction, including personal details, conversation notes, and outcomes.

Update CRM or calling software regularly to keep information accurate and up to date.

Organize and manage call lists based on daily targets or marketing campaigns.

Achieving Targets:

Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales or calling targets set by the supervisor or team leader.

Share feedback from customers with the team to improve products or services.

Stay motivated and consistent in performance to meet or exceed goals.

Customer Service and Satisfaction:

Provide excellent customer service and build trust through friendly and professional communication.

Handle complaints or difficult calls calmly and respectfully.

Escalate serious issues to the concerned department or manager when needed.
