Medslope, a leading healthcare marketing and AI solutions provider, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting our healthcare marketing and AI solutions through telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain Medslope’s healthcare marketing and AI solutions.
Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.
Maintain detailed records of conversations and client information in the CRM system.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions, addressing queries effectively.
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure successful conversion.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales objectives.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine call scripts and sales strategies.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling client interactions.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; a degree in marketing, business, or healthcare-related fields is a plus.
Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in healthcare or IT solutions).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of healthcare marketing and AI solutions is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi.
